TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Vukile has
received notification from Public Investment Corporation Limited (“PIC”) that, as a result of the increase of
Vukile linked units in issue, PIC’s beneficial holding of Vukile linked units has decreased from 20.333% to
19.721%.
