CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Mr Dewald Dempers was appointed as a non-
executive director with effect from 16 January 2014.

Dewald has 16 years commercial experience of which 14 years
are dedicated to the State and Private Healthcare Industry
with special interests  in the fields of Strategic
Management, Business Process Re-engineering, Costing and
Financial administrations of companies.

In September 2012 Dewald was appointed as the Chief
Executive Officer of AfroCentric Investment Corporation
Limited, which is a black-owned, diversified listed
investment holding company which is listed on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) and a significant
shareholder in Jasco.

The Board welcomes Dewald and looks forward to his
contribution to the Jasco Group.
