CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and further to the announcement released by
the Company on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 18 December 2013, notice is hereby given
that Mr John Davidson has been appointed to the board of Tsogo Sun as a representative of SABMiller plc
(“SABMiller”), with immediate effect.

Mr Davidson will join the board of Tsogo Sun as a non-executive director and has been appointed as a member of
the Remuneration Committee. Mr Davidson has served as the General Counsel and Group Company Secretary of
SABMiller since 2006. Before joining SABMiller, he spent his legal career at Lovells, a leading international law firm,
where he had been a partner since 1991, specialising in international corporate finance, cross border mergers and
acquisitions, and corporate governance advisory work. The Group welcomes Mr Davidson and looks forward to his
contribution.
