Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of ISA held on Friday, 10 January 2014 convened in
terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated 9 December 2013, the
resolutions necessary to approve and implement, inter alia, the Specific Repurchase, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders.
