The Company announces its Financial Reporting Schedule for the 2014 calendar year which has been notified to the
Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (“RFSA”) and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BVB”) as required by
BVB Rulebook.

 Publication of the audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2013:                   5 February 2014
 Publication of the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2013:                                 31 March 2014
 Publication of the financial results for the 1st quarter of 2014:                                       15 May 2014
 Publication of the financial results for the 1st half of 2014:                                        5 August 2014
 Publication of the financial results for the 3rd quarter of 2014:                                  14 November 2014

Any revisions of these dates will be notified in advance.

The dates or periods of time for press conferences, meetings of financial analysts/consultants/intermediaries/investors,
for the presentation of financial results and also for the annual general meeting will be communicated in due course as
applicable.
