Pursuant to the Tiger Brands Phase II Black Economic Empowerment Transaction as
set out in the circular to shareholders dated 16 September 2009 and approved by
shareholders on 12 October 2009, shareholders are advised of allocations in terms of
the Tiger Brands Black Managers Trust No. II (“the BMT II”) to the persons as set out
below. The effective date of these allocations is 1 January 2014.


In accordance with Section 3.66 of the Listings Requirements, the necessary
clearance was obtained to make the abovementioned allocations.
