Shareholders are advised that the Annual Financial
Statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2013
were posted to shareholders on 31 December 2013 and
contain no modifications to the revised reviewed
condensed consolidated results for the year ended 30 June
2013 which were released on SENS on 18 September 2013.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
the Company will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 26
February 2014 at the Protea Hotel, Midrand, Gauteng, to
transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice.
Record dates
The notice of annual general meeting was posted to
shareholders of the Company who were recorded as such in
the Company's securities register on Friday, 20 December
2013.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be
recorded as such in the Company's securities register in
order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 21 February 2014. The last day to trade in order
to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 14 February 2014. Proxy Forms must be lodged by
no later than 10:00 on Monday, 24 February 2014.
