NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“Companies Act”)
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
shareholders are advised that Huge has received notification in terms of section 122(1) of
the Companies Act that Huge Telecom Proprietary Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of
the Group, has acquired a beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such that its
entire beneficial interest amounts to 19.31% of the total number of securities in issue.

Shareholders are further advised that Huge will be applying for the cancellation of a
portion of the shares held to reduce the shareholding to within the 10% holding allowed for
treasury shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
