NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2013, was dispatched today, Monday, 30 December 2013,
and contains no changes from the audited annual financial statements which were released on SENS on
14 November 2013.

The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which will be held at 10:00 on
Thursday, 13 February 2014 at the offices of Dipula, Block B Dunkeld Park, 6 North Road, Dunkeld West,
2196.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 31 January 2014 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 7 February 2014.
