First quarter 2014 ferrochrome price announcement  
 
Shareholders of the Company are advised that the European benchmark ferrochrome price for the 
first quarter of 2014 has been settled at 118USc per pound which is an increase of 5% from the 
112.5USc per pound price in the fourth quarter of 2013.
