POSTING OF ANNUAL INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING

In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited
Listings  Requirements, shareholders are advised  as
follows:

Annual Integrated report

Further to Netcare’s audited group results for the year
ended 30 September 2013, released on SENS on Monday, 18
November   2013,  shareholders  are   advised  that an
electronic version of the integrated annual report
accompanying the Notice of Annual General Meeting has
been posted today. The annual integrated report contains
no modifications to the aforementioned published annual
results.

Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the members of Netcare will
be held at 10:00 on Friday, 7 February 2014 in the
Auditorium, Ground Floor, 76 Maude Street, Sandton, 2196
to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
Annual General Meeting which was posted today.

The directors of Netcare have determined that the record
date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting,
being the date on which a shareholder must be registered
in the Company’s share register in order to participate
in and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 31
January 2014.
