Further Renewal of Existing Cautionary Announcement


Further to the cautionary announcement released by EVRAZ Highveld Steel and Vanadium Limited
(“the Company”) on SENS on 27 March 2013, the further cautionary announcement dated 28
March 2013 and the renewal of the aforesaid cautionary announcements dated 6 May 2013, 20
June 2013, 1 August 2013, 3 September 2013, 16 October 2013, and 27 November 2013
shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress between EVRAZ plc (LSE: EVR)
("EVRAZ") and a black economic empowerment consortium represented by Nemascore (Pty) Ltd
(“Nemascore”) which, if successfully concluded, will result in the sale of EVRAZ’s 85% stake in
the Company to Nemascore (the "Transaction"). The Transaction is expected to be concluded
towards the end of Q1 2014 and may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s
securities.


Shareholders are advised that a Non-disclosure Agreement has been concluded between the
Company and Nemascore and that the due diligence process is still progressing.


Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
