NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to Nampak’s announcement of the
Audited Group Results for the year ended 30 September 2013 which
was published on SENS on 21 November 2013 and in the media on
22 November 2013. There have been no changes to the results
published in those announcements and those contained in the
Integrated Annual Report which will be posted to shareholders
today, being the 13th December 2013.
The annual general meeting of the Company will be held in the
Emthonjeni Room, situated on the 1st Floor of Nampak Centre, 114
Dennis Road, Atholl Gardens, Sandton, South Africa on Thursday,
6 February 2014 at 12:00 to transact the business as stated in
the annual general meeting notice, which is contained in the
Integrated Annual Report.
SALIENT DATES
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders
are entitled to receive the notice of annual general meeting was
Friday 6 December 2013.
The record date for shareholders to be recorded in the register
of shareholders of the Company in order to be able to attend,
participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday 31
January 2014. Accordingly, the last day to trade in order to be
registered in the Company’s register of shareholders, is Friday
24 January 2014.
