RESULTS OF THE LISTING

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 5 December 2013, investors are advised that
100% of the land in respect of the property portfolio has been transferred to Accelerate and
Accelerate listed on the Main Board of the JSE at 09:00 am on Thursday 12 December 2013.

Accelerate shares will trade under the abbreviated name: “ACCPROP”, JSE share code: “APF”
and ISIN: ZAE000185815.
