GEN – General – Consultation process on proposed Listings Requirements pertinent
to Section 19 - Specialist Securities and amendments to Section 1


The public consultation document with the proposed Listings Requirements
pertinent to Specialist Securities as well as the amendments to Section 1, is
available on the JSE’s website (www.jse.co.za Route: How to List/Listings
Requirements/New Items). This includes amendments to the existing requirements
relating to the definitions section, warrants, exchange traded funds, asset-
backed securities, and sponsored depository receipts. New requirements have been
introduced for exchange traded notes, structured products, and unsponsored
depository receipts. Interested parties are invited to submit their comments by
no later than 31 January 2014. Comments can be submitted electronically to
Nicolas Kleovoulou on the following email address: nicolask@jse.co.za.
