                     RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG (“the board”) hereby notifies its shareholders
that Mr Ian Shneier has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with
effect from 9 December 2013.

The board thanks Ian for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in
all future endeavours.
