NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No.71
of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received the following formal notification in the
prescribed form:

DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

Investec   Asset   Management    Holding Proprietary  Limited,
registration number 1997/000445/07 (“Investec”), on behalf of
its segregated clients, has disposed of a portion of its
interest in the ordinary issued share capital of the Company
such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company held by Investec on behalf of its segregated clients
amounts to 14.8805% (previously 15.1644%) of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.
