POSTING OF CIRCULAR INCORPORATING A NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that Sable has posted a circular dated 9 December 2013 (the “circular”) in respect of the
approval by shareholders of the proposed change of name of the company from Sable Platinum Limited to Sable
Metals and Minerals Limited (the “change of name”) and the adoption of a proposed new share incentive scheme.
Included in the circular posted today, Monday, 9 December 2013, is a notice of general meeting of shareholders,
which general meeting is to be held at the offices of Sable, 4 Fricker Road, Illovo Boulevard, Illovo, 2196 on
Wednesday, 15 January 2014 at 10:00 to consider and, if deemed fit, to pass, with or without modification, the
resolutions necessary to approve the change of name and to approve the adoption of the proposed share incentive
scheme (the “general meeting”).
The salient dates and times for the general meeting and change of name are set out below.
Record date for receipt of notice purposes Friday, 29 November 2013
