TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITIONS AND A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SHARES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Peregrine has received notification from –

   -   Old Mutual plc (“Old Mutual”) of the acquisition by Old Mutual of Peregrine shares such that Old
       Mutual’s total beneficial interest in the company is now 17,13% of the total issued ordinary shares,
       including treasury shares;

   -   PGR 2 Investments Proprietary Limited (“PGR 2”) of the acquisition by PGR 2 of Peregrine shares
       such that PGR 2’s total beneficial interest in the company is now 6,22% of the total issued ordinary
       shares, including treasury shares; and

   -   Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”) of the disposal by Coronation,
       on behalf of its clients, of Peregrine shares such that Coronation’s total beneficial interest in the
       company is now 4,82% of the total issued ordinary shares, including treasury shares.
