PREFEX SECURITIES - DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT


Following   the   previous   announcement   regarding   a   possible   quarterly
distribution to the holders of PrefEx Securities, notice is hereby given
that the PrefEx Trust will make a distribution of 15.40482 cents per PrefEx
Security in respect of the quarter ended 30 November 2013.


The distribution of 15.40482 cents per PrefEx Security will be comprised as
follows:


Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                    11.21797 cents
Resultant net dividend                                           9.53527 cents
Dividend (local) (subject to STC credits of 4.18685
cents i.e. exempt from tax) (gross)                              4.18685 cents
Resultant total net dividend                                    13.72212 cents
Interest                                                                0 cents


There are currently 21 700 000 PrefEx Securities in issue. The distribution
will be made to all PrefEx Security holders recorded in the register on
Friday, 29 November 2013. The distribution will be effected on Wednesday,
11 December 2013.
