RESIGNATION OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the listing requirements of the JSE Limited, Bidvest announces the
resignation of Lebogang Joseph Mokoena as alternate director to Alfred da Costa, with immediate
effect.

The board wishes to thank Lebogang for his valid contribution over the past few years.
