Director Share Dealings

On 2 December 2013, Ian Hawksworth, Chief Executive of the Company, exercised share options
awarded in May 2010 under the Company’s Performance Share Plan. The Company chose to settle
the share options by delivering shares with a market value equal to the settlement value of the options
(being the difference between the option price and the market value of the option shares).

represents 0.1% of the issued share capital, and holds LTIP awards over 2,803,813 shares which
remain subject to performance conditions.
