Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 45(5)(a) of the Companies Act, that, pursuant to the
authority granted to the board by the shareholders in general meeting held on 6 September 2013,
the board of the company has authorised the company to provide financial assistance (by
guaranteeing the due and punctual payment of all amounts payable by its subsidiary, Stefanutti
Stocks Proprietary Limited to Nedbank Limited under its general banking facility).
