Further to the announcement released on SENS on 11 November 2013 and using the terms defined therein

unless otherwise stated, shareholders are hereby advised that all conditions precedent have been fulfilled or

waived with effect from 29 November 2013 and accordingly, the Acquisition has become unconditional.
