DEALING IN SECURITIES BY THE COMPANY SECRETARY



In accordance with paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE

Limited (“JSE”), shareholders are hereby advised that shares awarded to the

company secretary on 3 December 2010 in terms of the company’s Bonus

Share Plan (“BSP”) have vested. Pursuant to the vesting of these shares,

shareholders are further advised of the following transaction:

company shares was obtained in terms of the company’s share dealing policy and
