Shareholders are hereby advised that Hulamin has received formal notification in the prescribed
form that Old Mutual plc has acquired an interest in the securities of the Company, such that the
total interest in the securities of the Company held by Old Mutual on behalf of its clients has
increased to 7.92% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
