Mr Sri-Chandana joined Comair in February 2009 as Executive Manager Finance and was appointed as Finance Director in September 2009. Mr Sri- Chandana said “It is with deep regret that I leave Comair in order to relocate to Australia. However I have confidence that I leave the Company in very strong hands and Comair will continue to grow from strength to strength.” The directors wish to record their sincere appreciation for the outstanding contribution Mr Sri-Chandana has made to the Company in his capacity as Finance Director over the years, and wish him well in his future endeavours. Erik Venter, current CEO of Comair will act as Finance Director until such time as Comair make an appointment of a new permanent Finance Director. The board is pleased to announce that Mr Hubert Rene Brody, outgoing CEO of Imperial Holdings, has agreed to join the board of Comair as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 January 2014.
