APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO THE REUNERT BOARD
AND AUDIT COMMITTEE

The board of directors of Reunert (“board”) is pleased to announce the appointment
of Sarita Martin to the board as an independent non-executive director and a
member of the audit committee, with effect from 1 December 2013.

Ms Martin has extensive commercial and corporate governance experience,
amongst others, as group company secretary of various listed entities. Her
academic qualifications include an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business
Science and an LL.B degree from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
