APPROVAL OF UPDATED LISTING PARTICULARS
Shareholders were advised on 15 November 2013 that the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the “SEM”) had
approved the updated Listing Particulars relating to the further issue and listing of up to 440 000 000 ordinary shares
of the Company at a price per share that will not be less than the net asset value per Rockcastle share at the time any
such issue and listing is announced.
The Company is pleased to announce that the updated Listing Particulars have now been approved by the JSE
Limited (“JSE”).
Further details and timing of any placement of the Company’s shares will be announced in due course.
As required by the Listing Rules of the SEM, the updated Listing Particulars of the Company, will be made available
for inspection for at least 10 business days, during normal office hours (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mauritian time) at the
registered office of the Company which is situated at Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius.
