RESULTS OF SUN INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Sun International held on
Friday, 22 November 2013, the ordinary and special resolutions proposed in terms of the notice
of annual general meeting dated 15 October 2013 were all passed by the requisite majorities,
with the exception of ordinary resolution number 5 which related to the non-binding advisory
vote on the Company's remuneration policy. 45.06% of shareholders endorsed the
remuneration policy; 49.89% voted against the resolution; and 5.05% of shareholders
abstained from voting on this resolution. The board has engaged with various shareholders
prior to the annual general meeting and will continue its engagement in order to address
shareholder concerns.
