Annual General Meeting postponed


The announcement released on SENS on 1 October 2013 made reference to the notice of
the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) with the scheduled date being Tuesday, 26 November
2013.

As a result of the change in the scheme of arrangement timetable per the SENS
announcement released on 7 November 2013, the Company’s AGM is hereby postponed to
19 December 2013. The new record date for the AGM will thus be Friday, 13 December
2013.
