Aveng received notice today, Wednesday, 20 November 2013, from
Momentum Asset Management Proprietary Limited, in terms of Section 122
(3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”).

Pursuant to the Act and Paragraph 3.83 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Aveng wishes to advise that Momentum Asset Management,
in aggregate, holds a beneficial interest of 8.23% of the issued share capital
of Aveng.
