SECTION 122 NOTICE


In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, BSI hereby confirms that the Company
has received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.


The Craig Parry Family Trust has informed BSI
that it has disposed of a beneficial interest in the
Company reducing its shareholding to 4.94%
of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
