APPROVAL FOR FURTHER ISSUE OF UP TO 440 000 000 SHARES OF ROCKCASTLE GLOBAL REAL
ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED AND ISSUE OF UPDATED LISTING PARTICULARS
The Board of Directors of Rockcastle which holds a primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the
“SEM”) and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited, is pleased to announce that the
Listing Executive Committee of the SEM has approved on 15 November 2013, the further issue and listing of up to
440 000 000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price per share that will not be less than the net asset value per
Rockcastle share at the time any such issue and listing is announced.
In line with the Company´s strategy of investing in real estate assets and companies, the additional capital to be raised
through the issue of additional shares will be used by the Company to invest in listed real estate securities and/or
direct property in selected jurisdictions.
In accordance with the rules of the SEM, the Company has prepared an updated Listing Particulars, which has been
approved by the SEM and has been submitted for approval by the JSE.
As required by the Listing Rules of the SEM, the Listing Particulars of the Company will be made available for
inspection for at least 10 business days, during normal office hours (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mauritian time) at the
registered office of the Company which is situated at Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius after
receipt of approval of the Listing Particulars from the JSE Limited.
