CHANGE OF SPONSOR AND CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Unitholders are advised that Fountainhead has terminated its sponsor mandate with Standard Bank of South
Africa Limited (“Standard Bank”), and has appointed Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors Proprietary Limited
(“Java Capital”) as its new sponsor, with effect from 6 November 2013.

Unitholders are further advised that Broll Property Group Proprietary Limited (“Broll”) has resigned as
company secretary with effect from 1 November 2013 and that Java Capital has been appointed as the new
company secretary with immediate effect.

The board of directors would like to thank both Standard Bank and Broll for their contribution to Fountainhead.
