Shareholders are advised that:

   -   the annual report, incorporating a notice convening the annual general meeting of the company
       (“the AGM”), was posted to shareholders on 11 November 2013 and is available on the web-site
       of the company at www.caxton.co.za. There have been no material changes to the financial
       information published in the provisional report dated 28 August 2013.


   -   the AGM will be held at 10:00 on Friday, 6 December 2013 in the boardroom at Caxton House,
       368 Jan Smuts Avenue, Craighall Park, Johannesburg.
