Investec Bank Limited (“Investec”), as Issuer of the above Equity Structured Product (ESP), hereby reminds holders of
their option expiry which occurred on 7 November 2013 (see the related securities above).

The Final Reference Price on the Expiry Date exceeded the Put Strike Price and hence the Put Option expires out of
the money. As a result thereof, the Holders will be obliged to pay a Premium to the Issuer. The Issuer will sell 4 (four)
Old Mutual Limited shares in order to settle the Premium of R113.49 and the Holder is entitled to receive the balance
of the Holder Underlying Securities.

Pursuant to the Holder’s election, the balance of Holder Underlying Securities will be sold at the equivalent Final
Reference Price per Share and a cash amount of R143,307.9775 per 10 ESPIBP’s held shall be settled through
STRATE on 15 November 2013.
