CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Ms CL Tromp has resigned as the
Company Secretary to JDH with effect from 31 October 2013 and
that Timbavati Business Consultants has been appointed as the
new Company Secretary with immediate effect.

The board of directors of JDH would like to thank Ms Tromp for
her contribution to the Company.
