TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of
the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, listed companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported
on next will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous
corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously
provided to the market in relation to such period. Shareholders
are accordingly advised that:

   1.   Earnings per share for the six months ended 30 June 2013
        is expected to reflect a decline of between 80% and 90%
        compared to the previous six month period; and
   2.   Headline earnings per share for the six months ended
        30 June 2013 is expected to improve by between 120% and
        130%, from the headline loss per share reported for the
        previous six month period.

The financial information on which this trading statement is
based has not been reviewed and reported on by the company`s
auditors.
