TRADING STATEMENT

Shareholders are advised that Trematon’s earnings and
headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 August
2013 will be approximately 29.2 cents per share and 7.5
cents per share respectively, compared to earnings of 10.8
cents per share and headline earnings of 6.8 cents per
share for the previous comparable period, being the year
ended 31 August 2012. The net asset value is expected to
increase to approximately 149 cents per share from 121
cents per share for the previous comparable period.

The financial information in this trading statement has not
been reviewed by the company’s auditors. The audited year
end results of the Company will be published on or about 22
November 2013.
