APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS



In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of directors of
EOH (“the Board”) is pleased to notify its shareholders that Mr Danny Mackay has been appointed as a non-
executive director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2013.

Danny has operated in the IT industry for 29 years and has considerable IT experience in the petrochemical,
mining and public sectors. He currently holds various directorships in several companies.

In 2001 Danny received recognition for his contributions to the ICT sector and received the 'Top 20 Black
Achievers Award'. The Board looks forward to the contribution that Danny will make to the Company given
his natural leadership ability and his drive for excellence.
