FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 18 September 2013 in relation to the
proposed disposal of the company’s interest in Pro Roof Steel Merchants Proprietary Limited and are
advised that negotiations in relation to the disposal are still in progress.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
