UPDATE ON APPLICATION FOR LIQUIDATION AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

 
Update on application for liquidation 

Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 31 July, 6 August, 
20 August, 19 August and 19 September 2013 detailing, inter alia, the notice of motion 
by Dr AP Ferreira to make application for the winding up of BioScience.

Shareholders and creditors are advised that no further progress has been made in resolving 
the matter and the matter will be heard in the North Gauteng High Court, Pretoria on 8 
November 2013.

Renewal of cautionary announcement

Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the companys 
shares until a further announcement is made.
