TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited’s Listing Requirements, a listed
company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as it is satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported upon next will differ, by at least 20% from those of the previous
corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that CRG is currently finalising its interim financial results
for the period ended 31 August 2013 and that the Group expects to report an increase
in basic earnings per share of between 160% and 170% over the previous
corresponding period and an increase in headline earnings per share of between 140%
and 150% over the previous corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company’s auditors.
The final announcement of the results for the six months ended 31 August 2013 will
be released on SENS on or about 29 October 2013.
