Notice of the annual general meeting

Notice is hereby given that the third annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held in the executive boardroom, 3rd floor,
2 Merchant Place, corner Fredman Drive and Rivonia Road, Sandton
on Friday, 22 November 2013 at 11:00 to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of
the annual integrated report.
