Peel Holdings Chapel No.3 Limited to Peel
Chapel No.1 Limited, Peel Chapel No.2 Limited
and Peel Chapel No.3 Limited respectively.
Each of the companies involved in the transfer
are controlled undertakings of Peel Holdings
(IOM) Limited.
