THE WATERBERG COAL COMPANY LIMITED – CAPITAL STRUCTURE
The following information is provided by The Waterberg Coal Company Limited (WCC or the
Company) for release to the market:
Capital Structure
On 13 September 2013, the Company closed its offer under its replacement prospectus
dated 25 July 2013 (Prospectus) pursuant to which it issued 7,502,500 fully paid ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company (Shares) and 3,751,250 options to acquire Shares
(Options). The capital structure of the Company upon closure of the Prospectus is as set out
below:
