Changes to the board

In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
Amecor shareholders are advised of the following:

Mr Mochele Noge, an independent non-executive director of the
Company, has tendered his resignation, effective 9 October
2013.

Mr H. Stephen Courtney, who served initially as the non-
executive chairman, and since 14 June 2013, as non-executive
director, has resigned with effect from 10 October 2013.

The Amecor board of directors would like to thank Mr Stephen
Courtney and Mr Mochele Noge for the valuable contributions
they have made to the Company during their tenures on the
Board.
