FINAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE STX40 SHARE INSTALMENT

Notice is hereby given of the distribution amount payable for SATRIX 40 and that as a result of the
distribution declaration relating to SATRIX 40 (STX40) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a distribution amount of 40.07 cents per STXNNF share instalment that is payable on
Wednesday, 16 October 2013. The final payment will be rounded to two decimal places.

The distribution amount is constituted by:
  - 38.76392 cents in respect of dividends;
  - 1.06998 cents in respect of interest; and
  - 0.2361 cents in respect of other income.

The gross dividend of 38.76392 cents per share instalment is made up of a gross local dividend of
15.69282 cents per share instalment and a gross foreign dividend of 23.0711 cents per share
instalment.
The gross local dividend of 15.69282 cents per share instalment is subject to the local dividend tax of
15 per cent. STC credits utilized equate to 0.28956 cents per share instalment, resulting in a net local
dividend of 13.38233 cents per share instalment.
The gross foreign dividend of 23.0711 cents per share instalment consists of 21.09855 cents per
share instalment that is due to foreign-dual listed shares and 1.97255 cents per share instalment
that is not taxable as foreign dividend withholding tax has already been deducted. The 21.09855
cents per share instalment is subject to the dividend withholding tax of 15 per cent, resulting in a net
foreign dividend of 17.93377 cents per share instalment.

The last day to trade cum distribution was Thursday, 19 September 2013. The Share Instalment
commenced trading ex distribution from Friday, 20 September 2013. The record date was Friday, 27
September 2013.
