In compliance with the JSE Limiteds Listings Requirements, Village wishes to announce that the Company has appointed Fusion Corporate Secretarial Services (Pty) Ltd as its Company Secretary with effect from 1 October 2013.  In line with 
the re-organisation taking place throughout the Company, Charlene Venter resigns as company secretary effective 1 October 2013. The board extends their thanks to Charlene for her services.
